The SLEEP 2019 Tech Track is focused primarily on technologists and respiratory therapists. The topics and many of the speakers were suggested by those currently practicing in the field. While techs are the primary audience, many of the topics/speakers would be of interest to physicians as well as advanced practice nurses and physician assistants. Topics include technical aspects of polysomnography, pediatric polysomnography, practical anatomy and physiology of sleep-related breathing disorders, advanced modes of positive airway pressure, movement and neurology-based sleep disorders, inter-scorer reliability review and careers in sleep technology.
