The American Academy of Sleep Medicine presents a webinar on the Stark Law and Value-Based Arrangements. He also discusses the recent regulations allowing for certain exemptions to the Stark Law for value-based payment relationships, focusing on the very specific and limited application of these exemptions in sleep medicine practices.
