1. Complete and submit a brief course evaluation.
2. Claim your MOC credit. If you do not know your diplomate ID, please reach out to your primary board to confirm this detail.
3. Your MOC credit will appear under your Transcript and will be forwarded to the appropriate certification board (please allow several days following exam completion).

1. Take the course self-assessment exam.
2. Once a passing score is achieved, you will be prompted to complete and submit a brief course evaluation.
3. Claim your ABPN SA credit. 

Note: You must be board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Pediatrics, the American Board of Psychiatry or Neurology, or the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery to claim MOC or Self- Assessment CME for this course.
