Objectives
By the end of this module learners will be able to:
  1. Describe recent updates in the non-pharmacologic treatment of adults with chronic insomnia disorder.
  2. Examine the quality and strength of the evidence supporting behavioral therapies in the management of chronic insomnia.
  3. Demonstrate the ability to recognize potential adverse effects of common interventions used for the treatment of chronic insomnia.
  4. Evaluate potential areas where additional research is needed to inform future care of individuals with insomnia disorder.
